1. Grab ONE entire cluster fan from they tray with tweezers, just above the strip of glue remove from tray (be careful not to touch the glue with the tweezers) 
 

2. Place on the very bottom of your natural lashes just above the water line, press up under lashes (self adhesive) don't place directly on your waterline, or you will be able to feel them.
 

3. Squeeze together with tweezers.
